At carine., we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Every handbag is carefully inspected and prepared before being shipped to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Once your order has been placed, our team will process and dispatch it within 2 to 8 business days.
We offer the following shipping options throughout the United Kingdom:

DHL Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days.

DHL Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, simply email carine.support@gmail.com with your order number and our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at carine.support@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number along with clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A replacement item at no additional cost.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the damaged or defective product.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after your return has been received and inspected, or after a damaged item claim has been approved.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
